Emily has been a massage therapist since 2008, and joined Elite Sport & Spine in July of 2020. She loves getting to know all different kinds of people and helping them feel their best. She specializes in neck and shoulder issues, and loves to help people rehabilitate after injuries or surgery. She uses a combination of deep tissue, myofascial release, and stretching in every session and customizes it to each individual and their goals. Emily will also be filling in as a part-time administrative assistant, so if you see her smiling face at the front desk be sure to say hi!

Dr. Jay White is a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician (CCSP), Full Body Certified ART® Provider, Graston Provider, certified in dry needling, and a certified Athletic Trainer (ATC).

For fun, Jay likes to get outdoors to camp, hike, bike, and fish. Jay also enjoys playing all kinds of sports and mostly enjoys disc golfing.

Jay graduated with a BS in Athletic Training from Merrimack College in 2016, a BS in Human Biology from the University of Western States in 2019, and a Doctorate in Chiropractic from the University of Western States in 2021.

He was an avid athlete in high school, participating in three sports, and he continued to play football at the Division II college level. As an undergraduate athletic training student, Jay worked with patients who suffered diverse athletic injuries. He had the oppertunity to work with athletes from the Division I and II college sports teams. He delt with on and off-the-field care including treatment and rehabilitation. After earning his Athletic Training degree, his desire to learn more about injury prevention, nutrition, and rehabilitation lead him to pursue a doctorate in Chiropractic.

Dr. Zach Shiels is a board certified, licensed doctor of chiropractic. He is also board certified in Physiotherapy, offering therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, rehabilitation, and therapeutic modalities. He is one of few certified Graston Technique® providers in the greater Milwaukee area. This is the most highly requested soft tissue treatment worldwide. His primary focus is spinal injuries, management and treatment of soft tissue injuries, running biomechanics, and orthopedics.

Dr. Shiels continues to pursue post graduate studies in the field of orthopedics, manipulative therapies, and sports rehabilitation. He can often be found at a road race or other athletic event in the greater Milwaukee area on the weekends, providing medical care for participants. He has been involved with the Milwaukee Lakefront Marathon, Milwaukee Marathon, Trailbreaker Marathon, HartFest Half Marathon, Gary’s Gallop, CrossFit Funky and Grid CrossFit to name a few.

Outside of the clinic, he enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife and four young kids. He also enjoys running, biking, being active outdoors, and serving at his church in Brookfield.

Holding training certifications from YogaFaith and the Christian Yoga Association, Erika has been practicing yoga since 2013. As a stay-at-home mom for 20 years and an elder caregiver for 10 years, she has a heart for wellness. While caring for her 70 year old mother, Erika saw how yoga helped with stretching, balancing, energy-level, and overall health, and she quickly became hooked on yoga! Over the years, she has seen profound flexibility improvements and general health benefits in her students. Combining her passion for yoga with her Biblical worldview, Erika meets students where they are, helping them to adapt and modify yoga poses in order to heal, strengthen, and reach their wellness goals. She is trained in several different style of yoga, including Gentle, Vinyasa, Restorative, and Adaptive.

Tyler is a certified strength and conditioning coach with a wide variety of experiences. He has worked with a number of different client populations, ranging from Olympic, professional, and collegiate athletes to powerlifters and military personnel, as well as weekend Warriors who just want to feel and move better. Tyler holds multiple certifications through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), as well as an Elieko weightlifting coach certification.

He graduated from Wisconsin Lutheran College in 2017 with a degree in Sport and Exercise Science and a minor in coaching and theology, and is currently pursuing his master’s degree in exercise science from Concordia Chicago.
